SHE RISE WITH THE SUN.
Rise with Her is a sacred sunrise beach experience created to gently reconnect you with your body, your breath, and your inner softness.
Through somatic movement, healing, meditation, and nourishing reflection, this gathering, will help you come home to yourself in the most render way-held by the ocean, the sunrise, and sisterhood.
After our movement and meditation, we will share a light, beautiful breakfast picnic, together-because healing gets to feel sweet, too.
This event is for the woman who is ready to soften.

You'll experience:
- Roundtrip transportation to a beautiful, quiet, beach.
- A gentle somatic movement session on the sand.
-Guided sunrise meditation to release, receives and reconnect.
-Journaling and reflection prompts.
- Alight, nourishing breakfast picnic.
- Oracle card pull.
- Goodie bag with a sweet surprise.
- And more...
YOU WILL NEED: A yoga mat, journal, and anything you will like to bring to feel comfortable.

Time of pick up 4:45am (location will be shared when you sign up for the event.

Spots are limited to 10 women for intimacy and presence.
Investment $160
You can make 2 payments of $80. The second payment is due on May 20th.
Sign up close on May 21st.
Around 5 hrs with roundtrip included from and to pick up location.
Cancellation Policy for Rise with Her
• All payments are non-refundable, as space is limited and your spot is held just for you.
• If you are unable to attend, you may gift or transfer your spot to another woman (with at least 48 hours’ notice).
• In the rare case of weather-related or unexpected cancellations on my end, refund will be offered for a credit for future services.
By reserving your spot, you agree to honor this policy with love and understanding.
